In individual therapy sessions, we’ll work to solve current problems and unresolved issues from your past. The overall goals will be to improve your emotional well-being and daily ability to function.

I will help you “re-frame” your reactions and negative thoughts and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles. I’m confident you’ll find counseling beneficial, and inspirational. The journey toward self-disovery and healing is one of the most important investments you will make in yourself.

I work with clients in individual therapy who are 18 years and older, and residents of Missouri and Texas.
 

15 Minute Phone Consultation  $  Free
80 Minute Initial Session             $ 150.00
45 Minute Individual Session     $   85.00
60 Minute Individual Session     $ 100.00

80 Minute EMDR Session           $ 150.00

 

Monthly Neuroscience Coaching sessions $100.00/session (Coaching is not a replacement or substitute for counseling services)

The frequency and duration of counseling will be determined based upon your individual needs and will be discussed at the initial assessment.

There is a $35.00 fee for late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and a $50.00 fee for no show appointments. Fees for coaching sessions may differ.

Insurance

I am not accepting insurance at this time. 

 

Cash and all major credit cards are accepted for payment. I accept both (FSA) Flexible Spending accounts and (HSA) Health Savings account cards.
