As the owner of Lotus Blossom Counseling, PLLC, I strive to provide the best possible care for my clients. I specialize in anxiety disorders, and I am EMDR and DBT trained. I provide a comprehensive approach to treatment. I am currently providing 100% telehealth services throughout the state of Texas via a secure video format.  I have over 15 years of experience in counseling in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space for my clients to explore, grow and heal. I am passionate about helping others and work diligently to provide the best possible care for all my clients. 

You are not alone, many of us suffer in silence and forget that there are other options. Lotus Blossom Counseling is here to provide you with the tools, resources and support from a professional who can teach you healthy ways to cope with many of life's challenges. Guiding You On the Path of Self-Healing

Therapy is a process of growth, transformation and self-discovery. In counseling sessions I promote behavioral transformation by encouraging a positive outlook and the adoption of new attitudes, behaviors and reactions. 

It can be intimidating to think about discussing your personal issues with a stranger. Your sessions will focus on YOU and what YOU find most challenging in your life at present. This time will be used to gain insight on how you process your feelings and emotions as well providing you a safe place to be transparent about your situation. Remember this will only work if you are open, prepared and ask questions.

To prepare for your first session:

-think about your goals and what you want from therapy

-decide what you are looking for in a therapist

- make a list of things you want to discuss during your first session.

- Find a safe and private space to have your session.

- Grab your favorite blanket, snack or beverage.

- It helps to have a pen and paper or journal.

- Dress comfortably.

- Have Kleenex or tissue on hand to make it easier for you to express your emotions.

Video/Telehealth sessions are offered: Monday-Tuesday, Thursday- Friday from 5:00 pm-9:00 pm CST and Saturdays from 9:00 am -5 pm  CST. 

Sundays and Wednesdays-Closed
