Do you offer sliding scale rates?

Yes, I do offer a sliding scale on a case by case basis/based on income and availability. I began my practice with the intention of making therapy more affordable and obtainable. As of 12/1/2021 all sliding scale slots are full.

How long does each therapy session take?

Individual therapy is offered in 45 minute or 60 minute sessions.

Premarital/Marital counseling is offered in 50 or 80 minute sessions.

Do you accept insurance?

I am not paneled with any insurance providers therefore I am an out of network provider. Clients can request a superbill to pursue the payment for counseling services being credited toward their out of network deductible or reimbursement from your provider, if your deductible has been met. Reimbursement from your insurance provider is not guaranteed.

Zelle, HSA/FSA and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.
